What’s all the hype about raw milk? First and foremost is the vast difference in the taste and quality of the product. Our raw milk is not pasteurized, or homogenized, so the cream will rise to the top of your jug. There’s no removal of cream ever!

Nutrient-Rich Diet: Our cows enjoy a diet of grass hay from our fields during winter, with a limited amount of Dairy Feed from Kalmbach Feeds.

After each day’s milking, your milk is filtered and poured straight into jugs, from there it takes an ice bath where it gets cooled to 35° within 25 minutes. You milk is then placed in a designated refrigerator where the milk sits at 35° until it gets delivered to you. How’s that for straight from the cow?
