- Pasture-Raised Hens: Our hens enjoy the freedom to roam on our pastures all day long and the roost inside at night.
- Ungraded: Our eggs are ungraded meaning they can range in size and will also range in color.
- Washed: Per West Virginia law, all eggs must be washed before selling. Our eggs are washed in warm water to help get any dirt off the shell, this also takes the bloom off so your eggs must be refrigerated.
- Superior Nutrient Profile: Pasture-raised eggs are packed with essential nutrients. Compared to conventional eggs, they contain 2/3 more vitamin A, 2 times more omega-3 fatty acids, 3 times more vitamin E, and 7 times more beta-carotene.
